We are pleased to announce a new sponsorship with Mason Breese.

Mason Breese specializes in change and transformation, offering strategic advice on change programs, digital and cultural integrations, and business transformations. Their approach to change management involves a dedicated team of advisors with extensive experience and expertise. Mason Breese works as an independent extension of client teams, with a focus on the implications of change for people and business objectives.

The company places high importance on its team, fostering an environment that encourages innovative thinking to achieve sustainable, long-term results. As a value-driven organization, Mason Breese prioritizes recruitment based on alignment with company values, believing that while skills can be developed, core values are fundamental.

Resilience is central to their identity, having been an integral part of Jersey’s business community for many years. Mason Breese understands the Jersey market deeply, reflecting a commitment to the island, its residents, and its clients.

Community engagement is also a key focus. Mason Breese has been a significant sponsor of University College Jersey and Highlands College, supporting the institutions and their students. Their roots in the Jersey community are deep, maintaining strong connections with the government, civil service, and other local businesses. The firm’s commitment to social value is further evidenced by its status as an accredited Living Wage employer.

Client relationships are paramount at Mason Breese. The firm assembles diverse teams of advisors who bring a broad spectrum of expertise, tailored to support clients in achieving their transformation objectives. Their unique, flat structure and merit-based system promote autonomy and independent thinking.

Mason Breese’s mission is to deliver sustainable value to all stakeholders, aiming to be the employer of choice, the consultant of choice, a resilient and profitable business, and a community role model. Their values are central to this mission.

Founded on 25 May 2011 by Swithun Mason and Vernon Breese, the company initially provided consultancy services to a small number of banks in Jersey. It quickly expanded, attracting skilled consultants and diversifying its services beyond the financial sector to meet the broader market needs in Jersey. Today, Mason Breese serves a diverse client base, including public sectors, banks, retail, utilities, charities, and more.

Since its inception, Mason Breese has focused on training and developing a team driven by core values. This focus has remained steadfast as the company has grown. In 2020, a new board of directors joined, implementing a renewed investment in people, premises, infrastructure, community involvement, and local talent. Sustainability has been a key focus in the company’s growth strategy.

Mason Breese has applied for B Corp accreditation, pursuing what is considered the highest level of externally audited Environmental, Social, and Governance accreditation available to for-profit entities. The process has been enlightening and underscores their commitment to growing in alignment with their core values.
